I am Jeremy, a transguy starting out on the journey of transition from female to male. I am 47 years old and I am a writer and mother, that will not change but my gender will.
Like my transition this blog is in its infancy, but it will be a record of my journey. I hope it may help others and if anyone wishes to contact please do.

During the days in which I choose to conform, I do so with a specific feeling in mind that I want to achieve. A sort of climax that I aim to reach. A feeling effortlessly maintained between the ages of 6-9 and again between the ages of 13-15, when being a girl was simply one of the numerous ways of being.

You are right the decision and the process is all those things and more. A continual paradox of easy and hard, happy and sad, fear and excitement but ultimately it is worth it and I know it is because I already find life more content and peaceful.

While I didn’t fully disappear from the internet as I was using it to research the legalities of the issues I am dealing with I kept myself of the blogs as I would have posted without thinking and in the circs it was not wise to do that.
